Pros
The employee discount program was on par with others in the industry, not better nor worse than others. Certain indivdual store managers are very good despite the company.
Cons
No communication at all between corporate and store level. Centralized call center is an incredible mish-mosh of customer service and store support that oftens disconnects you or leads to the wrong department. Automated store systems do not work as they are supposed to.
