Pros

They do give a substantial housing discount if you deiced to live there, and since I live there the commute is nice.

Cons

Arrogant misogynistic management, no communication lack of time off bottom of the barrel pay. There is no respect for work life balance or family, expected to conduct business with maintenance from the doorway of my apartment at 8PM.

This is exhibited through our wellness program, a paid vacation day for your birthday in addition to our B.R.I.D.G.E volunteer program. We do take our customer feedback very serious and is one of the reasons we implemented our Ellis Survey program for residents that live at each of our communities. When we are made aware of associates that are not in compliance with our core values we act so that our positive company culture is maintained. Competitive benefits, housing discounts, and opportunities to grow within the company. Management is generally approachable and encourages professional growth.

Cons

Workload and expectations can be high at times, especially during busy seasons. Growth opportunities may feel limited depending on location or leadership. Some inconsistency in communication from upper management.
