Atlanta Region is Corrupt!!!! - Assistant Manager CWS Apartment Homes Employee Review

Pros

Bridge is the only positive thing that CWS Atlanta Region has to offer.

Cons

Regional is a big part of the gossip Atlanta Region is a “CLICKY” Region Things that should be taken as informative information gets hidden or covered up. Employees that should be fired for bringing a bad name to company get special treatment. Maintenance sleeps around with residents. A resident took a video of a manager trying to cut her husband(who also works for the company), she bleached his clothing, destroyed the apartment and was cursing & screaming uncontrollably. The video was sent to the regional and it was covered up and never made it to the owners of the company. The two employees still work for the company. It has been said that crime that is happening onsite at some Atlanta communities are because of inside help from Maintenance. Maintenance have been seen smoking marijuana in their apartments and with former residents. Employees are stretched thin at the communities. When there is a position open at a community you are forced to take up the slack until the position is filled. It’s not a coincidence that the Atlanta Region is the worse performing Region that CWS has, if the Regionals don’t care why should the employees give 100%.

Pros

Supportive team environment with great training and onboarding. Strong company culture that focuses on resident experience and employee development. Competitive benefits, housing discounts, and opportunities to grow within the company. Management is generally approachable and encourages professional growth.

Cons

Workload and expectations can be high at times, especially during busy seasons. Growth opportunities may feel limited depending on location or leadership. Some inconsistency in communication from upper management.
