B.R.I.D.G.E., great colleagues, competitive pay, National Meeting and fair bonus structure.

Cons

Please take heed to the other reviews that mention this company being "click-ish." The Atlanta Region is infamous for gossip, scandals, cover-ups and everything else that contradicts the "CWS Values." Personnel information became public and blatant discrimination became the norm. As long as you remain a part of the "in-crowd", you could do no wrong.

Competitive benefits, housing discounts, and opportunities to grow within the company. Management is generally approachable and encourages professional growth.

Cons

Workload and expectations can be high at times, especially during busy seasons. Growth opportunities may feel limited depending on location or leadership. Some inconsistency in communication from upper management.
