Pros
saving money, getting rid of some positions that are overlaps of others. trying to streamline procedures so that more can be done by fewer people.
Cons
Changing full-time to part-time positions, micromanaging some positions to the point of saying just how long such and such should take, this gets done at this time, etc. and all of this by an outfit that has never done those tasks, and doesn't look at the long term effect that losing some of the tasks will do to the stores, all size stores.
