Pros
Good with schedule, kind of only if part time worker Great place to first experience corporate, i.e. Young person. It's fun for the 1st 6 months or so
Cons
Mostly second hand managers Poor and unsteady leadership from upper management and corporate Outfitters are over worked and constantly getting screwed by rule changes Benefits are earned over time, even then they aren't that great Very money driven company, no real employee appreciation
