Pros
People, products, discount. It is a giant adult toy store after all. The discount was pretty decent, it is tiered (3 tiers) based on how long you have worked there. But, it does start on your first day.
Cons
Leadership and sr leadership. Having been in retail leadership for years and just wanting something part-time it was terrible. They were clueless and their bosses were clueless. The decisions made no sense to even the 18 year old kid working at the cash register. Pay is iffy. Once D. Cabela passed away it LITERALLY changed overnight. The next week they started laying people off early Monday morning.
