hard to work for - Outfitter Cabela's Employee Review

Lack of vision by management, have no idea when the work day will end, management is not willing to listen to ideas from hourly outfitters, too much favoritism, promotions and assignments are handed out to management's pet's. Management does not leave air conditioned offices during hot days.
