      Pros

      Quick promotions for eager and competent hard workers (3 in one year) Teaching company that prefer to promote from within. Discounts are awesome Physically easy job. My floor and management team is split evenly of different age/sex/race . Managers willing to train.

      Cons

      Stressful at times, like every job. Low pay, like all retail jobs. Good workers forced to pick up slack of lazy staff that just want to chat with friends all day.
