      Pros

      I was going to say their selection of merchandise. Unfortunately, you do not get your employee discount off the sale price. Sometimes the sale price is better than your discount.

      Cons

      Extremely HIGH turnover for retail. Low Pay. Horrible scheduling. Poor Managerment, many are lazy.

      Excellent work environment, wonderful co-workers, ability to grow with the company and shift departments if desired, and okay pay.

      Pay could be better, tend to work most holidays.
