It has better pay than most retail positions and depending on the size of your department it isn't that difficult to book time off. Free fudge samples Decent discounts on items People from the stores often get hired at the corporate office
Cons
So much work-drama and it's genuinely hard to avoid. The Customer Service manager picked favourites, luckily she doesn't do the scheduling, but she can make your life harder or easier. It takes a long time for new team leads to get hired and trained, and they rarely get trained properly.
