Pros
It's a fun and very interesting job. Most of the time I enjoy going to work. Your always learning about new product to help customers with there needs.
Cons
Some employees can do what ever They want. Treat other employee's terrible and no matter how many times you go to HR nothing happens. Basically your told if you can't get along you will be fired. I agree with that but It's always the same person that gets the complaints. But It's not the same person who is making the complaints.So the rest of us have to deal with her or we feel we will lose our jobs.
