Pros
Younger pepople are starting to come in. My team is good but could be better.
Cons
Company is trying tio sustain the same level of headcount at corporate when they are adding 3-4 new stores every year - this leads to burnout, lack of engagement and negativity, Still using a lot of old systems and can't seem to figure out where to go and then 2 years later wer're still stuck with the same old systems that aren't working and can't keep up.
