      Pros

      There's always a new challenge at Cabela's and it's easy to be recognized for good performance from leadership. In Sidney, good work-life balance; you don't spend 60 min. worth a commute...nice to go home for lunch or run to handle something personal if need be.

      Cons

      Work is work; same kinds of issues here as anywhere.
