-Favouritism- recently promoted individuals are inexperienced and disciplinary actions are not applied to other employees -anti-unionization-they gave out a letter to everyone, threatening anyone who would like to form a union will face consequences -racism in corporate management: does not encourage cultural diversity, majority of the non-white employees are not given the opportunity to be promoted, are closely watched and will be easily punished for petty mistakes -does not address issues fairly nor do they give opportunities for employees to voice out concerns. It didn't matter, they're not listening anyway -disregard for employees physical health: -chairs were removed from employees assigned to work with computers -hazardous workplace (falling objects, reckless forklift operators who are not punished because of yeah, favouritism) -got rid of the 15 minute break for employees working overtime. -terminates employees without evidence; 5 non-white high-performing employees were falsely accused of discouraging coworkers from signing up for overtime, they were fired the next day. on that same day, the management called for a meeting to use harassment as an excuse and told everyone that 5 were only suspended
