Horrible work/personal life balance. Huge turnover in retail store..........insane drama! Antiquated inventory distribution processes and systems. Aggressive growth strategy, but need to upgrade systems before.....they're putting the cart before the horse. Fully entrenched in corporate america now as they treat outfitters like numbers.............just look at the re-organization they did in first quarter 2014.
