Pros
Some associates are nice, but they are all dealing with horrible management that places heavy pressure on selling their club credit card. That turns people against each other as they fight for scraps. Most people end up leaving after several months. Cabelas likes to wave the flag, but a majority of their products are made in China, but you her a good discount on those products. They really onlt care about the bottom line and not people. It’s a horrible place to work.
Cons
You will come to hate working here in a matter of months. Talented people don’t stick around. They only want worker drones and if you show any signs of critical thinking you are ostracized. Don’t believe me, just come and look at all the sad faces working there.
