Poor Corporate Environment based on Credit Card Sales - Sales Associate Cabela's Employee Review

Club Card is the poison that is dragging this company down and making it a terrible place to work. There is nothing more frustrating that trying to provide good customer service only to be told by management that you must try to sell club credit cards to every customer. Terrible business model from a customer experience standpoint. Its all about the money. We used to joke that Cabelas is a bank selling hunting and fishing products instead of a hunting and fishing store that offers a credit card.
