Business Outlook
Pros
The upper management does genuinely care, however each store is its own entity to make decisions as it likes. This is a huge pro and a potentially horrible thing. Overall the discounts are awesome with lots of incentive to work there.
Cons
The downside is the HR portion of Cabela's. The corporation is very apprehensive to let anyone go. This counts for bad managers as well. By the time the company finally will make a decision, there have been people lost.
