Pros
The employee discount is a decent and is tiered. The store managers and corporate care about their workers. They are primarily concerned (as they should be), but are totally engrossed with it and prefer to take care of the customer above all else.
Cons
You have to push the Club Visa, which isn't the worst thing in the world but customers get annoyed because they've been asked about it three times before they reach the NICS counter. Another issue in AK is the market for the Club Visa is beginning to saturate due to the low population.
