Pros
You can mis a lot of work if you know the rules and not be written up. Traning was good you felt like you could be on your own when it came time
Cons
When you need help Help Desk Sucks....they aren't helpful and seem like you are bothering them when they only take calls from employeees who need help. Your supervisors are not helpful and get pissed off when you ask a question. When the system crashes enjoy the day because tomorrow it is not going to be a good day when people call back pissed.
