      Good people. Not a very busy location (excluding major holidays and sales)

      Cons

      Cabela's and Bass Pro Shops prioritize profits over people. CLUB takes precedence over literally everything. Management at all levels does not care about anything more than CLUB. Unfortunately, the success of the CLUB program means nothing to the average employee. They see no returns, no raises, no perks, no benefits, and no meaningful rewards for pushing CLUB and helping it succeed. Also low pay.
