Ignorance of building system, ignorance of osha requirements, general lack of common sense, inability to recognize someone who has gone the extra mile, poor leadership, no follow through with needed equipment, replacement repair, efficiency. Only concerned about what the current stock price is, treating employees as if they are totally expendable.
