      I can't decide if there really are any pro's. Absolutely bottom of the barrel company culture. Incredibly disrespectful of employees.

      Management is non engaged. Ridiculous goals and expectations. Schedule is so contrived it's overbearing and intrusive. Close one night open the next morning. Constant changes awful...

      Excellent work environment, wonderful co-workers, ability to grow with the company and shift departments if desired, and okay pay.
