Pros
Excellent training program, great co-workers, managements, suppervisors etc. Excellent pay compared to other companies (call centers), benefits package and so on. Everything they have said they would do, they've done. I have seen them stick behind everything they have said. Very impressed with the management and work environment here. For being a call center, you really get a lot out of the company. They really pride themselves with customer service and do understand, in order for the employee to take care of the customer, you have to take care of the employee. "Lead By Example."
Cons
It is a call center, not too many people can get great enjoyment out of that. I for one can't stand sitting at a desk for 40-hours a week, but this is a great company.
