This job has gone from a "I cant believe I work here, how awesome this is" to "get me out of here" Sr management has no clue as to whats going on down in the ranks. Mass exits lots of churn. Still no changes. heavy micromanagement with project insight tracking work by hour. Lots of meetings and "WIGS". Open bull pins with no privacy. Small company trying to be a big player and cant figure it out.
