Pros
I think the best reasons to work here is the friendly atmosphere.The supervisors and management try their best to make everyone happy but the sups tend to avoid extra conversation beyond their regimen. Benefits are okay. I like the health fund but hate the $2000 deductible. They really don't want you to get sick!
Cons
You will not advance if your stats are even a point off, if you have absences or tardies (not even 1), and your adherence is too low. Advancements only happen if you know folks in that dept. 3 years now and I haven't moved an inch to my goal. Way too biased! If your a woman working with tech support, you are opting to get harassed. Also I meant biased as if you're trying to advance within the company. There is only 1 female in all the lead tech's hired. I've been working for almost 3 years and I only got promoted due to the company restructuring the positions, but I have yet to see my pay increase as promised. That was 4 months ago.
