Good but could be better - Senior Technical Care Specialist Cable One Employee Review

I feel that cable one is a good employer but they are beginning to add job responsibilities to people without changing their title or pay to save money. Communication needs significant improvement. I also was told to not take vacation during certain months because they need us or because others need vacation time as well. I understand the concern with availability but if I schedule my PTO at the beginning of the year and someone else decides to never schedule anything and it becomes November and they have 100hrs of PTO they have to use by the end of the year or they lose it, that is not my fault if they don’t get to take it.
