Pros
You meet some great minds here. But please do not fall for "Its a great place to learn" stuff people say because it used to be, now its no longer. No longer is there any discussion on architecture; it is more like: something exists and you tweak somethings here and there to meet the rest of the specifications.
Cons
1. Too much egotistical people. 2. They give very less time and demand extreme quality. 3. Attrition rate is super high. 4. People are manipulative and lie on your face.
