      Cadence in general is a fair company to work for. balanced work life is actually practiced and encouraged. Average salary ranges are good across functional levels.

      Cons

      Non-proactive people may feel left behind as hand -holding is not done. Politics play a major hand in some business units, which is discouraging to people who are not good in office politics.
