Cons
Heavy internal politics will slow you down sometimes. This is really not a start-up-like, roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty, type of company. If you are looking for a environment full of passion of innovations and creations, look somewhere else. But if you are looking for a fairly stable environment that you can have time with family and enjoy life. Cadence is the right place.
