Business Outlook
Pros
Work with best in class tech and engineers. Very competitive compensation/benefits, unlimited PTO and a healthy culture around using it. The EDA industry is in a period of rapid growth so there is ample opportunity for career growth and development.
Cons
Not many to speak of. The biggest con is the company's breadth of solutions has outpaced the management's ability to focus on developing the optimum solution and internal politics don't help.
