Pros
Great people and atmosphere, a lot of seniors to learn from. Awesome work life balance in my team, even though we are technically back to office (4 days), most people still hybrid with ~2 days from home.
Cons
Slow pace, old slow moving tech. this is a good place to end your career and not start it. a lot of internal languages and technologies which are not relevant in todays market. very very slow career advancement
