Heavy work load, rushed and stressful environment. Negative and uncooperative co-workers. Staff lacks positive professional and ethical behaviors, which although administration has been advised, no effort was made to address these ongoing issues. Management is detached from the employees Low pay; barely pays for Health insurance which has ridicuosly high deductible
