An employee's sacrifices and dedication mean nothing in this volatile company - Consultant Cadia Healthcare Employee Review

Worked for this company 8+ years. Started off good, upper management and my administrator at Cadia Silverside loved my ideas and I worked hard. Then they became hungry for money and better ratings so if you cared more about the patients than making money you were bullied and harassed. There was so much coverup. Corporate had turn over every year because of how they were treated and how vindictive people were to each other and that became their new culture.
