Pros
Beautiful building, with wonderful residents.
Cons
Horribly understaffed!!!! Ratio vary from 1/2:30/60 on most shifts. The aides that do work there, are overworked, underpaid, and fed up. Administration LIES and REFUSES to follow through or resolve issues. Most of the nurses are LAZY, or go missing for hours at a time. The DON & ADON are rude and again, lazy. Turn over rate is through the roof. I could go on....
