Pros
Most residents are great. Some are very abusive. PT, OT, Speech, RT all great.
Cons
Administration is trash! Make promises and go back on them. DON is a horrible person. Some of the decisions made are unethical. A lot of aides treat the residents horribly. Would give a zero stars if I could.
