The projects are very interesting, complex information architecture and user flows that require innovative concepts to create simple user experiences. The product owners value design and the input of each team member is considered valuable
Cons
At lot of the work is for government organizations so you can't share what you're working on in the larger design community - so if that's important to you then that's something to consider.
