Good people, poor communication - Press Brake Operator Cadrex Manufacturing Solutions Employee Review

Poor communication between different shifts and management cause a number of friction points. Some shifts were stuck with much more difficult and/or exhausting workloads that wasn't addressed by management. I was also doing work above my position and pay grade almost daily, but was denied the promotion for the work I was already doing.
