Everyone throughout the organizational hierarchy is willing to stop and have a quick chat about what they are working on and share knowledge and ideas. Cadwell Laboratories builds devices that have a huge impact on people's lives who may be suffering from varying neurological conditions. They place a high degree of emphasis on customer satisfaction. There is a culture of physical and mental wellness and transparency about the corporate strategies and health. The bulk of my time here has been with the Engineering Department. The experiences in the Engineering department have been extremely positive. The team is talented and smart and I looked forward to coming to work. I was given opportunities to attend training sessions and conferences that assured I had the skills I needed to succeed. The engineering management strikes a good balance of giving people the opportunity to try new ideas and risk avoidance. People who prove themselves to be self driven and effective are given opportunities for professional growth. I always felt appreciated after completing projects. The fact that there are employees here who have been here for decades is not a fluke. I highly recommend it as a place to work.

-Working beneath the umbrella of the FDA can be frustrating. There are a lot of specific regulations and requirements that must be adhered to. -There is a small degree of silo'ing between department upon first arriving, this is easily overcome once you learn who is responsible for what.
