Senior leadership is inexperienced, unable to get past their own egos and are so out of touch with the modern day workforce it's sad. Culture is AWFUL. No trust or respect for remote workers. Don't dare suggest a change or question something, you'll have management down your throat. No clear direction, priorities or what the company was working towards in general.
