Pros
I work with awesome co-workers to promote high-end medical equipment that helps people around the world. The Tri-Cities is a great place to live and work and raise my kids. I get a discount to our health club, great benefits and a secure paycheck.
Cons
The rate of progress is sometimes slow, but the management is letting us make more decisions and create positive change. This year showed the most improvement, thanks to some new faces and ideas.
