They will promise you a raise but won’t give it to you, the management is terrible and they ask you to do things they never took the time to teach you how to do, 5 minutes to use the bathroom unless you’re a woman or a manager, they’ll leave you alone at the front desk for an entire night by yourself the week you start, and you have to deal with a lot of stressful situations involving very rude guests where you’re asking what to do and the manager will blatantly look you in the face and tell you “I don’t know. “
