Pros
Great product with great brand recognition.
Cons
Meeting goals is impossible if you don't have product to sell. But no change in goals. Goals are set based having sales reps and inventory to sell but you don't get either and still have the same goals. Hostile work environment where ops thinks that sales doesn't do anything and talks in such abusive language they should be prosecuted. HR doesn't even respond to any abuse by other employees.
