regional and senior management play favorites with those that blindly agree to that particular week's corporate initiative. Focus of the business changes constantly - with full responsibility being put on the shoulders of the sales reps to execute with little to no direction from management. Toxic work environment where you are constantly having to watch your back. Everyone gossips about everyone - management being the worst offenders and will not hesitate to throw anyone under the bus for their own gain.If you work hard and show results you will be rewarded with more work and no monetary compensation or promotion. Some of the most inept and egotistical management with zero industry knowledge and a "we're better than you, we're managers and we can do no wrong" attitude. Sales reps are considered just another number and expendable/replaceable and will be blamed for any and all issues within the company because management refuses to take responsibility. Morale is low and management turns a blind eye to it.
