      Pros

      Worked with an awesome team. We did so well during the first year I was there. Car, cellphone, benefits, computer.

      Cons

      A lot of broken promises about raises, poor product training, low on stock a lot, mismanagement amongst many channels. Quick turnover of upper management. By the end, even our bonuses were gone, so zero incentive for hard earned sales.

      Personal Time Off is generous.

      Cons

      Truly inexperienced Home Center Management Team resulting in poor Leadership and ineffective management of a Sales Team. Lack of transparency in bonus calculations. Unrealistic Territory assignments due to lack of proper staff hiring. Current Leadership has not generated any new accounts during the last 18mths, resulting in a lost opportunity for increased revenue. Tremendous turnover in US Corporate Staff with the outcome as a in lack of oversite.
