Good benefits, well known product

Cons

Incompetent management at every level. Lack of integrity. They create new loopholes to not pay out bonus money earned. They want you to sell the product , but give you no tools to do it with. Material and samples always on back order and unevenly distributed throughout the different regions. Every few weeks for the past year, a new batch of people get laid off.

Personal Time Off is generous.

Cons

Truly inexperienced Home Center Management Team resulting in poor Leadership and ineffective management of a Sales Team. Lack of transparency in bonus calculations. Unrealistic Territory assignments due to lack of proper staff hiring. Current Leadership has not generated any new accounts during the last 18mths, resulting in a lost opportunity for increased revenue. Tremendous turnover in US Corporate Staff with the outcome as a in lack of oversite.
