Pros

Company car. A little freedom and flexibility to plan own schedule.

Cons

Too many to list. Huge turnover in all areas of the company. Supply chain issues at an all-time high with no end in sight or any help from management. There are different sales roles in the company. The transactional role is the worst place to be. This is a glorified customer service role and you are fighting fires all day long. That’s all you do, no actual selling. This rep is dealing with all of the billing and delivery issues since customers are not able to get in touch directly with accounts receivables and logistics. The transactional role is sold to job candidates as a sales role because there would be no way to fill it otherwise. Newly hired Reps hired into this role leave an average of 6 mos in. Was there for a year and never got a bonus which is supposed to be paid out quarterly. The company finds loopholes to avoid paying bonus saying even though the numbers are there, material doesn’t get delivered in time which seems intentional and strategic. They don’t intend to pay.

Pros

Personal Time Off is generous.

Cons

Truly inexperienced Home Center Management Team resulting in poor Leadership and ineffective management of a Sales Team. Lack of transparency in bonus calculations. Unrealistic Territory assignments due to lack of proper staff hiring. Current Leadership has not generated any new accounts during the last 18mths, resulting in a lost opportunity for increased revenue. Tremendous turnover in US Corporate Staff with the outcome as a in lack of oversite.
