Company car and great coworkers

Cons

Actively destroying relationships in the market with false promises. This makes it difficult for the distributor to sell their product when they under cut the market selling direct and then don’t deliver on all levels. Zoom calls consist of bullying/cursing/yelling to get more demand but doesn’t understand that the warehouse and lack of logistics are the number one problem besides the lack of real leadership. Lastly, ZERO commission, even though the region is up. Another false promise.

Personal Time Off is generous.

Cons

Truly inexperienced Home Center Management Team resulting in poor Leadership and ineffective management of a Sales Team. Lack of transparency in bonus calculations. Unrealistic Territory assignments due to lack of proper staff hiring. Current Leadership has not generated any new accounts during the last 18mths, resulting in a lost opportunity for increased revenue. Tremendous turnover in US Corporate Staff with the outcome as a in lack of oversite.
