      Company is trying to eliminate use of 3rd parties. Trying to rectify wrongs from the past. Plenty of support from management and coworkers. Exceptional pay. Good group of people who want the best for their customers.

      Cons

      Stressful, 3rd party logistics results in unpredictable delivery dates. Employees give up on the cusp of change results in starting all over again.

      Personal Time Off is generous.

      Cons

      Truly inexperienced Home Center Management Team resulting in poor Leadership and ineffective management of a Sales Team. Lack of transparency in bonus calculations. Unrealistic Territory assignments due to lack of proper staff hiring. Current Leadership has not generated any new accounts during the last 18mths, resulting in a lost opportunity for increased revenue. Tremendous turnover in US Corporate Staff with the outcome as a in lack of oversite.
